Official Beta 1 release post
Introducing Praxsys Beta 1: a shared workspace that connects projects, tasks, documents, requests, and approvals for small teams delivering client work.

Client work brings together tasks, documents, conversations, and decisions. Keeping those pieces connected can take as much attention as the work itself.
Praxsys Beta 1 brings them into a shared workspace for small teams delivering client work. It gives each project a place for the work to happen and for the context around it to stay close.
A clear place to manage the work
Projects bring together two everyday views. Projects open in List, where you organize tasks, assign people, set due dates, and follow progress through To Do, In Progress, In Review, and Done. Overview keeps Packages, Requests, Approvals, Files, and Team within reach.
The Dashboard brings together your tasks, work that needs attention, and an overview of the projects you can access. It provides a starting point for deciding where to focus next. Search Projects and filter by status or client to return to the right work.
Documents and decisions that stay connected
A Package brings project documents and attachments together as a working collection. You can keep developing it as the project moves forward and use its contents to prepare an Approval when a decision is needed.
Approvals give that decision its own record. Choose an approver, add reviewers when useful, and send the material for review. Each send preserves a version of what participants were asked to consider, with discussion and the decision kept in its history.
You can also start an Approval on its own. The same workflow supports different decisions throughout a project.
A clear path from request to task
New work often begins with a request. Team members and guests with project access can submit Requests without needing permission to edit the task list.
The Space Owner, an Admin, or the Project Lead can choose Accept and Create Task or Close Request with a reason. Requesters can follow the outcome and continue the conversation after resolution. This gives people a way to contribute while keeping the decision about how work enters the project explicit.
Keep project history as the work changes
A project can be Planning, In Progress, Ongoing, On Hold, or Complete while keeping the same tasks, documents, team, and history. Completion does not automatically archive it.
Space Owners and Admins can archive and restore projects. Owners can delete eligible projects with a seven-day recovery window. Projects with previously sent Approvals must be archived to preserve their review history.
Client relationships alongside delivery
Sales gives Opportunities a place to develop. Business brings Client relationships and their linked Opportunities and Projects together for Space Owners and Admins. When you decide to move an Opportunity forward, you can create a linked Project.
Together, these connections help keep the relationship and the work in view as an engagement develops.
Taking part in the beta
Beta 1 focuses on project delivery and client relationships. Workflow, internal Forms, and public form submissions are unavailable in this beta.
Praxsys is in closed beta. Access requests are reviewed individually.
If your team delivers client work, we'd like to hear how you organize it today and where coordination becomes difficult. During the beta, we're looking for feedback on the everyday experience: finding the right context, understanding the next step, and keeping work moving between people.
Request access and tell us about your team.
