1. Operator and contact
Praxsys is operated by Maher Khamiss. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator. Contact maher@praxsys.io for legal, privacy, and support questions.
2. Preferences and local storage
The website stores your light, dark, or system theme preference in local storage under praxsys-marketing-theme so it can remember your selection in that browser. This preference has no configured expiry and remains until it is changed or site data is cleared.
The app may also store interface preferences to remember your chosen view and display settings. Browser storage is specific to the browser or device. Clearing it does not delete server-side accounts or customer content.
3. Website analytics
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. Measurements include pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, and browser or device information. Vercel describes Web Analytics as operating without analytics cookies. This is not a statement that all parts of Praxsys are cookie-free.
The marketing integration does not define custom analytics events. Analytics and hosting can process technical information even when no browser cookie is set. Do not include confidential information in page URLs.
4. Authentication and essential service functions
The app uses Supabase authentication and session cookies to recognize a signed-in account and maintain access across requests. Session information can be refreshed while you use the app. Cookies are subject to their configured expiry and may be cleared or replaced on sign-out; expiry of a cookie is not the same as deletion of an account.
Choosing Google sign-in takes you through Google’s authentication service, which may use its own cookies and account settings. Opening a payment portal or another external service also involves that provider’s technologies and privacy terms.
Hosting, security, and form-abuse prevention process technical requests, including IP addresses and request information. Server-side records are distinct from browser cookies and local storage.
5. Your controls
You can change the website theme with its theme control. Your browser settings let you inspect, clear, or restrict cookies and local storage. Restricting essential storage may prevent sign-in, interrupt sessions, or reset preferences. Clearing browser data does not request deletion of information stored with the service.
The marketing website currently has no cookie-preference panel. Blocking cookies alone does not disable every form of technical processing or analytics. Contact maher@praxsys.io with privacy or objection requests; applicable rights and any required consent continue to apply.
6. Privacy and updates
The Privacy Policy explains the purposes, recipients, retention criteria, and rights associated with information collected through the website and app. We update this policy when relevant technologies or their purposes change, and display the effective date.
