to know.
Is pricing per person or per space?
Each space has its own plan. Personal has no subscription charge. Pro is a flat price for up to 3 members. Business is priced per member, with a minimum of 3 members.
What is the difference between a member and a guest?
Owners and people with editing access count toward member capacity. Guests have viewer access and do not count toward paid member seats. Personal includes 10 guest seats; Pro and Business include unlimited guests.
Do pending invitations count toward capacity?
Unexpired editor invitations reserve member capacity alongside active owners and editors, without adding billed members. Unexpired guest invitations count toward the plan’s guest capacity.
Who manages a space’s billing?
The Space Owner manages plan changes, member seats, and subscription cancellation. Payment history and invoices are also available only to the Space Owner.
How does annual billing work?
Annual prices are shown as a monthly equivalent, with the full year billed in one payment. Switch between monthly and annual billing above to compare the rates.

Personal is the free plan for your own work. Praxsys is currently in closed beta, with access available by invitation.
