1. Operator and contact
Praxsys is operated by Maher Khamiss. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator. Contact maher@praxsys.io for legal, privacy, and support questions.
2. Plans and purchase information
Plans apply to individual Spaces. Personal is free. Pro has a flat subscription price, and Business pricing depends on the selected member count. Current prices, member allowances, and minimums are shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Owners and editors count as members; viewers are guests.
Before you confirm a purchase, review the amount, currency, billing interval, taxes, and any offer conditions. An annual price displayed as a monthly equivalent is billed for the annual interval shown at checkout. Do not complete the purchase if its terms differ from what you expect.
3. Payment processing
For transactions processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, payment collection, and relevant tax and transaction responsibilities. Its buyer terms and refund policy apply to that transaction. We remain responsible for operating the Praxsys app.
Praxsys receives subscription and transaction information needed to manage access and support. Payment-card details are handled through checkout. Keep your purchase receipt and do not send full card details or account passwords in a support request.
4. Renewals and price changes
Subscriptions renew for the monthly or annual interval you select unless canceled before the next renewal. Your purchase confirmation and billing information identify the applicable billing period and charge. A failed payment may affect paid access.
Changes to a recurring price will be communicated before they apply, with any notice or consent required by law. You can cancel renewal if you do not wish to continue at the changed price. A price change does not alter a completed transaction retroactively.
5. Plan and member changes
Changes to an existing paid plan or member count can affect features, limits, and the recurring price. The current plan-change flow applies the changed subscription price at the next billing cycle without an immediate prorated charge. Review the confirmation shown for your change.
A downgrade may require reducing usage to the new plan’s limits. Changing a plan does not itself create an automatic credit or refund for unused time; any refund entitlement under applicable law or the payment provider’s terms remains available.
6. Canceling a subscription
Use your Space’s billing controls or, for Paddle purchases, the subscription-management link in your purchase email or Paddle’s customer portal. If you cannot access those controls, contact maher@praxsys.io with the account email and purchase reference for help.
A scheduled cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Check your cancellation confirmation for its effective date. A refund or legally required immediate termination may end access earlier.
Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or shared Space content. Submit data-deletion requests separately as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Refunds and purchase problems
For Paddle purchases, refund eligibility follows Paddle’s policy applicable to your transaction and any mandatory consumer rights. This policy does not add a separate money-back guarantee or remove a right to withdraw, obtain a refund, or seek another remedy under law.
If a charge appears incorrect or the service has a material problem, contact maher@praxsys.io with the purchase reference and a description of the issue. You may also request a refund through the support link on your Paddle receipt or Paddle’s customer portal. Eligibility, payment-method handling, and processing times depend on the applicable policy and legal requirements.
Canceling future renewal is separate from requesting a refund of a completed payment. Refunded purchases may lose the associated paid access. Your lawful right to dispute a transaction remains unaffected.
